Today's Tip: PREVENTING JOINT PAIN
You can help to prevent or minimize joint pain by maintaining good
posture and muscle balance, exercising regularly and lifting properly.
For example, bend your knees and use your legs instead of your back
when lifting objects off the ground. When lifting with your upper
body, allow your arms to do the work instead of your wrists or
fingers.
